The Mammoth Cruiser and Ranger Series coolers are designed for extreme durability and longevity through the process of roto-molding. Each cooler box and lid undergoes over an hour of manufacturing to create thick inner and outer walls.

A high-performance thermal barrier is achieved by filling the lid and walls of the cooler with a thick layer of high-quality foam insulation. The lid is equipped with a freezer-grade gasket made of thick rubber, ensuring a tight seal against the rim of the cooler to prevent any air flow or loss of internal temperature retention.

To prevent unwanted sliding and shifting, the cooler is supported by thick rubber non-skid feet, even when placed in the back of a moving truck or on a rocking boat.

Additionally, all Mammoth premium soft-sided products are waterproof and tear-resistant, made with puncture and tear-resistant TPU material. These products feature waterproof welded seams for a dependable, high-quality finish that can withstand the test of time.
